Thermoforming
- Thermoforming is used to shape a sheet of plastic to fit a specific mold, using heat from a specialized oven often to manufacture prototypes or samples products. Once set, the material cools and takes form to become the final product. Our company uses this process for most of the things we fabricate because its versatility lends itself to a large range of material.
