Carrying Case for a Trade Show Display

A local business owner came to us with a large case that housed the material used for a trade show display. The case was basically an empty plastic box with very little foam padding. They wanted us to create a more stable and protective insert for the case. In this case we were able to measure each of the pieces that needed to be included in the case and develop a layout that situated them in a secure and organized fashion. We used recycled Polyethylene foam for the insert and our die-less knife cutting machine to process the various layers for the case. The resulting layers were then stacked and adhered to the case.
