Pastry Cases

Pastry Cases have three main options:

  1. They can have the doors that open in the front (the angled side) or in the rear (flat side). The ones that open in the front are called self serve and the ones that open in the back are called full serve. Self serve allows customer’s to select the product from the case and full serve is for shop staff to serve and fill the case from the back side.
  2. They can be ordered to hold either full or half sheet pans.
  3. They can be ordered with 3 to 5 tiers for holding trays.
