Rubber Boat Trailer Pad

Sometimes the requests are very simple. An owner of a large boat was having issues with the wood and carpeted pad attached to the boat trailer This is what the boat rests and slides on and off of to enter the water. Initially we tried a prototype rectangle using a standard Neoprene rubber cut to size with our waterjet machine. Ultimately, with the consultation with our rubber specialist we will be using a polyurethane rubber which has excellent mechanical strength, abrasion resistance and other properties that make it a perfect solution for the problem.  No picture is shown as these are simply large rectangles of black polyurethane.
